Great Stone Coffee owner, Kris Oliver, contacted Sign-Express to design and manufacture a custom business sign for his coffee shop location.  Kris wanted to have a coffee cup shaped identification sign at the top and then a second business sign that would display the name of the business.  Since the top sign would need to be shaped like a cup and also be two-sided, the manufacturing process was not your typical logo panel sign.  Initially, a template was cut on the CNC router and the fabricator assigned to the project hand bent the extrusion to the right shape.  Then the faced were laid over the sign cabinet and cut, then custom vinyl was applied and finally, a trim cap was installed.  Finally, it is all internally illuminated by 6500k LED lighting with an auto light sensing photocell to control when the sign would operate.

The final result of all the hard work is a beautifully designed and fabricated customer business sign Great Stone Coffee will enjoy for many years to come.
